We’ll guide you through any tech problems efficiently, in a way you understand.
Enterprise level IT support at a price every business can afford. What's not to love?
We understand circumstances change, so won't tie you into a long-term contract.
We respond to all online support tickets within 1 hour, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Add or remove users at short notice - it couldn't be easier. You're in the driver's seat.
We'll look after your team's IT so you can continue doing what you do best.
Our team are on hand to offer support from 9am to 5pm (UK time) from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
No matter what your problem, we’ll log and respond to it within 1h within our usual working hours. That said, there are hundreds of potential issues that we may be called upon to fix - some of which will be more or less complex than others - so it’s not possible to say how long the average problem will take to fix.
That depends on which of Zestly's three packages you opt for. Choose our Basic package and you can submit a ticket via the Support page of our website. Go for our most popular package, Standard, and you can contact us via email too. Select Premium, our top-level package, and you get telephone support as well.
All Zestly plans offer fantastic value for money, but it simply wouldn’t be possible to offer our great IT support at such low prices if we included email or telephone support for our Basic, £20/month package.
Whilst our experts can fix most issues remotely, very occasionally we’ll need to send an engineer out to physically investigate your device. Call outs are charged at £50/h from the moment we arrive at your premises. Unlike other IT support firms, we don’t charge for travel.
These days, almost all businesses require at least one computer. And most business owners and employees don't have the skills or experience to fix the majority of IT issues. Perhaps you use your computer to update your accounts, produce invoices, write emails, update your website... Could you cope without it for the hours, days or even weeks it could take to repair? If not, you need IT support, getting you and your team up, running and making you money in no time. If you've got an in-house IT team, however, you're unlikely to need our services.
Most managed IT support firms include a certain amount of on-site support within their contracts. And that's all very well when you need it, but the vast majority of IT issues can be resolved remotely, without anyone ever visiting your premises. That means a faster resolution and less disruption. Here at Zestly, we don't believe you should have to pay for something you may not need. And, if you do have a problem that can't be fixed by our team remotely, we'll only charge you for the you time our engineer is on site. No travelling costs, no 'mobilisation fee'... nada.
Once our simple onboarding process is complete, your IT support package will usually kick in on the 1st of the month following sign up.
Adding a new user couldn’t be easier. Just drop an email over to support@zestly.co.uk, tell us how many emails you want to add (and from when) and we’ll do the rest.
If somebody leaves your organisation – or they just no longer need IT support – simple send an email to support@zestly.co.uk and we’ll make the necessary adjustments. Your next bill will be automatically adjusted to take the reduction into account.
Of course! Upgrades – say from Basic to Standard, or Standard to Premium - can be carried out instantly. Downgrades require 30 days’ notice before they’ll take effect.
No. Users can be on the package, receiving the level of IT support, that best suits their needs
If you no longer need IT support, just send an email to support@zestly.co.uk letting us know you’d like to cancel. Your plan will end exactly 1 month later.
All payments are taken on a monthly basis via direct debit using our chosen provider, GoCardless. We don’t currently accept card payments, cheques or bank transfers.
At the moment, all of our IT support plans are billed on a monthly basis and can be upgraded, downgraded or even cancelled at short notice. We don’t currently have any plans to accept annual payments.
GoCardless is a global leader in direct debit payments, making it easy to collect recurring and payments directly and securely from customers' banks. For more information visit https://gocardless.com/
The direct debit for your IT support plan will be collected on the 1st of the month overing that month.
Yes, of course. You’ll receive an email at least 5 working days before every payment collection.
A copy of every invoice will be sent to you automatically. That said, if you need copies of your invoices, simply send an email to accounts@zestly.co.uk and we’ll get them straight over to you.
Unlike many IT support companies, we won’t tie you into lengthy contracts. The way we see it, if we’re providing a great service, why would you want to leave? As a result, all our plans are based on a 1-month rolling contract and renew at the beginning of each calendar month.
All prices on our website include VAT at 20%. Whilst we work with many larger firms who’re VAT registered, many of our customers are start-ups, sole traders or extremely small SMEs who may not be. To make it easy, therefore, we show you the full price you’ll pay. If you are VAT registered, great! You’ll be able to claim some money back from HMRC.
Absolutely. In fact, that’s pretty much essential. If you don’t have a domain, we can help you source one. It’s quick, easy and should cost more than a few pounds.
Yes. You can read your emails on and send from any number of devices at the same time, with messages syncing perfectly between all of them. So that could include your phone, your tablet and your laptop.
That depends on the Zestly IT support plan you choose. If you opt for our Basic plan, you’ll get Microsoft Office Business Basic. If you choose our Standard plan, you’ll get all the added benefits of Microsoft Office Business Standard. And, if you choose our Premium plan, you’ll receive (you guessed it) Microsoft Office Business Premium.

In our digital day and age, almost every business relies on a minimum of one computer. Technology often dictates if you can uphold your job – whether you’re creating reports, emailing invoices, or completing online research. When you face even the smallest malfunction, it can be devastating to your productivity. You need specialist support to protect your business. That’s where we swoop in.
If you still aren’t convinced you need a designated support provider, it’s time to listen up. According to research, 79% of workers experience IT downtime or connectivity issues once per week. Each weekly issue costs an average of 45 minutes, which adds up to roughly 3 spoiled hours per month. If you multiply those 3 hours per month by the total number of your employees, we guarantee you’re in for a shock.
All of these (and more) are potential impacts of not having professional IT support on hand should the worst happen. Think of us like an insurance policy – you hope you never have to use us, but you’re glad we’re there when you do, keeping your doors open, your team working and the money rolling in.
Without some guidance, you’ll keep kissing goodbye to hours of unproductive problem-solving. At Zestly, we affordably bridge the gap between hiring an expensive in-house IT manager and tackling problems independently. We walk you through your computer errors step-by-step, so you needn’t boggle your brain Googling nonsensical solutions. And if we can’t make sense of your issue online, we’ll visit you on-site to take the problem off your hands. Simples.
